Maybe enable source-tv with it recording an entire 24 hours of video - or aut-record for a slightly smaller folder size.

Then you would definitely see who's responsible.

Or you could implement a new feature of recording aliases+steam-ids to whoever types in "voteban" for a day. Like logging .
(make sure to keep "voteban" enabled to see who's doing with those methods, otherwise if one person tries it out after 20 people are already in the servery, they'll see it's disabled and not pursue their "fun cruise")

it would still be enabled which will mean it will still be abused by assholes and make us lose players.
